Online Services is for Members and Employers of AESuper, and offers you the ability to login and access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Member Online Services

Did you know that you don't have to wait for your statement to learn about your superannuation? Through Member Online Services you can access all of your account information, including:

• your current contact details
• your nominated beneficiaries
• information about your insurance
• your investment balances.

As well as having all this information at your fingertips, you can now transact with us online as well.

Interactive functionality includes:

• Member Contributions are a great way to increase your retirement savings, so make contributions as often as you like through Member Online Services
• Use the 'Benefit Quote' to find out what your current withdrawal benefit is
• Use 'Investment Choice' to make changes to your current investment options.

To access these services, go to Member Online Services Login Page and click on Register. You must have your AESuper membership details handy in order to complete the registration process. Alternatively, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 555 024, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm (Melbourne time), to be registered while you wait.

Remember that your password is like your PIN, so you shouldn't share it with anyone else!

Employer Online Services

Employer Online Services is AESuper’s internet facility for employers wishing to transact online. Through Employer Online Services you can:

• submit contributions for employees
• update employer and employee details
• view recent contributions.

To access these services, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1800 555 024. We will register you while you are on the line and provide you with your user ID and secure password to access Employer Online Services.

Remember that your password is like your PIN, so you shouldn't share it with anyone else!
